By using sayakbanerjee.in and any services offered through it, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the site. This document is adapted from publicly posted terms used by iDigitalPreneur.

Affiliate disclosure
Sayak Banerjee is an affiliate of iDigitalPreneur. If you buy iDigitalPreneur products through links on this site, Sayak may receive a referral commission. This does not change the price you pay. (Any affiliate program rules and requirements remain those of the product provider.)

Accounts & eligibility
If you create an account you represent that you are 18+ and that information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

Purchases & subscriptions

Products or courses offered on or via sayakbanerjee.in may be one-time purchases or subscriptions. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

Subscriptions auto-renew by default and will be billed according to the selected billing cycle until cancelled. See Refund Policy below for cancellation and refund timing. Affiliate code & conduct

If you participate in an affiliate program promoted via this site, you must follow the affiliate program rules. Misleading promotion, poaching affiliates, harassment, or fraudulent behavior will lead to removal from affiliate offers and possible termination of access — this is consistent with iDigitalPreneur’s affiliate rules.

Prohibited uses
You must use the Service lawfully. Prohibited acts include (but are not limited to): illegal activity, harassment, spam, reverse-engineering, disrupting the site, uploading malicious code, impersonation, and any behavior that harms other users or the site. These are modeled from the prohibited uses section in iDigitalPreneur’s Terms.

All original content on sayakbanerjee.in (text, images, videos, course materials) is owned or licensed by Sayak Banerjee. You may not reuse copyrighted material without permission.

DMCA & copyright claims
If you believe content hosted here infringes your copyright, contact contact@sayakbanerjee.in with the relevant DMCA notice. Limitation of liability & disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sayak Banerjee and sayakbanerjee.in are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. This site provides educational content and is not investment or financial advice.

Changes & termination
We may modify services, prices, and these Terms at any time; material changes will be posted. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India . For disputes, parties will seek to resolve matters in good faith prior to initiating formal proceedings.
